Having visited many different cruise ships, and sailed on quite a few, during my time in the travel industry I have an excellent understanding and wide-ranging knowledge of the various cruise lines and their fleets which is extremely useful if you are considering cruising for the first time as this is the experience that will either make you a committed cruiser or a permanent landlubber!! I will be updating this page in due course to provide you with lots of useful links and, for regular cruises, booking facilities. I don't recommend online booking for people who have not cruised before or those who are unsure if their needs will be met.

 

My family and I recently had the pleasure of sailing aboard Ventura of P&O Cruises and this premium class ship is highly recommended for people of all age groups and particularly families where freedom dining is an option and two of the restaurants have been created by the celebrity chef Marco Pierre White. Amongst the unique features on board are a 'circus training school', a scalextric track and Noddy!
